RESA® Professional Home Staging Team of the Year Vacant Staging Category North America™

Every year when we launch our awards season we do so by implementing changes either asked for by the members or the awards committee makes suggestions that the board of directors approves. All changes are created in order to enhance the member experience.
This year we want to address changes we are making to our program as well as clear up some misconceptions about the program. Please be sure to read the important changes, and the general rules for current information as we have changed the way we are doing things in 2022.
RESA® Professional Home Staging Team of the Year Vacant Staging Category North America™ is a home staging team that consists of two or more stagers operating under one company name. The company demonstrates professionalism and excellence in staging. This category is for the United States and Canadian members.
Submissions Guidelines:
- All team members who participated in the project must be members of RESA® to qualify.
- Use of rented, stager inventory furniture is required.
- This category is for a non-luxury vacant listing.
Submissions Will Be Judged On The Following:
- Focal point or architectural feature highlighted.
- Furniture layout, scale and flow.
- Well balanced color palette.
- Use of accessories in size, scale, color and style.
- Overall cohesiveness of the staging.
Applicants Will Submit:
- Three (3) before and after photos containing your best work completed during the last twelve months. Photos may be from the same home or different homes.
- Company name, location, designations, and website URL.
- Photo of yourself (jpg).
- Company logo (jpg).
