Entering the Interior Styling Project of the Year™ category offers Stagers, Designers and Interior Stylists a platform to showcase their talent, gain recognition, and unlock new opportunities for business growth and personal development.
Interior Styling Project of the Year™ is a category for home staging, design, decorating companies that offer interior styling services.
Entry Fee:
- $70.00 per entry
Submissions Guidelines:
- Submissions may include the homeowners’ existing or new furniture/artwork.
- The before photo should be a photo of the room as the owner has it with their furniture. Photos of empty rooms do not qualify.
- A redesign project is for clients who are NOT selling their home.
- Paint changes are allowed.
- Remodeling/renovations are not allowed. Remodeling would involve changing fixed elements in a space, while a interior styling is changing the design of the space through accessories and furniture.
Submissions Will Be Judged On The Following:
- Focal point or architectural feature highlighted.
- Furniture layout, scale and flow.
- Well balanced color palette.
- Use of accessories in size, scale, color and style.
- Overall cohesiveness of the staging.
Applicants Will Submit:
- One before and after photo set containing your best work completed during the last twelve months.
- Company name, location, designations, and website URL.
- Photo of yourself (jpg).
- Company logo (jpg).
