is a category for RESA® Approved Instructors teaching the course Staging to Sell, What Every Agent Should Know.

All current RESA® Approved Instructors who have taught at least 3 classes in the past 12 months will automatically be nominated. Nominees must accept and submit the nomination to complete entry.

is a category for all RESA® Chapters demonstrating the collective efforts of their members to make a meaningful impact and elevate the profession.

All current RESA® Chapters will automatically be nominated. A board member must accept and submit the nomination to complete entry.

All current RESA® Partners will automatically be nominated. Nominees must accept and submit the nomination to complete entry.

Lori Kim Polk was a pioneer in our industry for over a decade. During this time, she was a champion to the new stager and worked tirelessly to offer support by mentoring, coaching and simply being a sounding board to anyone who asked. 

She served in several leadership positions within RESA® and believed in working towards unity in our industry as well as advancing professionalism and excellence in staging. Lori was a philanthropist and dedicated her resources to K-9 rescue organizations.

Candidates for this award should have similar traits and be like-minded in his/her efforts to follow Lori Kim’s excellent example.

Kathy dedicated much of her life to furthering the home staging industry through her work at RESA®. She was not only a leader within RESA®; she was a mentor to so many home stagers.

She was always willing to take the time to talk with someone, to give sage advice, and to brainstorm the next new idea for our industry.

Candidates for this award should have similar traits and be like-minded in his/her efforts to follow Kathy’s excellent example. Please nominate a RESA member who embodies the true spirit of Kathy Nielsen.
