RESA HOME STAGING INDUSTRY AWARDS – OPEN FOR SUBMISSIONS UNTIL March 31, 2026, 4:00 PM PT
Nominations Are Open
The Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging™ will be recognized at RESACON Vegas 2026.
This category honors individuals working within the real estate staging industry who are actively advancing professionalism, credibility, and excellence. Nominees may influence the industry through leadership, education, innovation, advocacy, content creation, or by shaping how staging is understood and valued within the broader real estate landscape.
Just as real estate professionals look to the SP200 (Swanepoel Power 200) to recognize influential leaders within their industry, the Real Estate Staging Association® created Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging™ to spotlight those whose work is helping move our profession forward.
If someone’s voice, actions, or leadership has made a meaningful impact on the staging industry, this is where that influence is recognized.
