Kathy dedicated much of her life to furthering the home staging industry through her work at RESA®. She was not only a leader within RESA®; she was a mentor to so many home stagers. She was always willing to take the time to talk with someone, to give sage advice, and to brainstorm the next new idea for our industry. Candidates for this award should have similar traits and be like-minded in his/her efforts to follow Kathy’s excellent example.

Nomination Process: 

• RESA® members meeting the below qualifications may be nominated by peers or staff.
• You may nominate as many people as you like for this category.
• You do not have to be a RESA® member to nominate someone.
• You are required to provide the nominee’s name, email and company name.
• Your nominee will be sent an email advising them of their nomination and offering the opportunity to accept. Several notices are sent. RESA® is not responsible for nominees failing to respond due to any reason. 

Qualifications Include:

• Willingness to mentor others
• Commitment to professionalism
• Current RESA® member in good standing
• Candidates must have held local, state, regional, or national leadership role within RESA® in the last 12 months.

Nominees will be given access to claim their nomination and are required to provide:

• How they mentor others.
• How did you serve RESA® within the last 12 months with regard to committee work, local, state, or national leadership roles.
• Your social media handles.
• Photo of yourself (jpg).
• Company logo (jpg).
