RESA HOME STAGING INDUSTRY AWARDS – OPEN FOR SUBMISSIONS UNTIL March 31, 2026, 4:00 PM PT
Set your work apart at the highest level of the profession by entering the Luxury Vacant Staging Project of the Year, United States™ award, presented by the Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®).
This category recognizes established home staging professionals who operate in the luxury market and understand how strategic staging influences perception, positioning, and buyer confidence at the top end of the market. These are projects where scale, architecture, restraint, and precision matter, and where every staging decision is intentional.
More than an award, this submission is an opportunity to have your luxury vacant staging work evaluated and recognized on a national stage by your peers within the home staging industry. Top entries may be featured in a curated case study highlighting the staging strategy, market context, and results behind the project, offering visibility far beyond the awards season.
If you stage high value vacant properties and design for discerning buyers, this category was created with your work in mind. Submit a project that reflects your approach, your standards, and your ability to elevate a listing through professional luxury staging.
Your work already speaks to the right buyers. Now let it speak to the industry.
