RESA® Best Occupied Home Stager Of The Year United States

The RESA® Best Occupied Home Stager Of The Year ™ United States is a category for professional home stagers who have been in business for more than two years (as of January 2017) and who demonstrate professionalism and excellence in home staging.

Members will submit three sets of Occupied Before and After photos. Those submissions will be previewed by a group of RESA® members who are seasoned professional stagers. Judges will vote on each entry to determine whether they will move forward to the next step, which is voting by the RESA® membership.  Entries that pass the panel of judges will then be voted on by all RESA® members in order to determine the Top 10 Best Occupied Home Stagers Of The Year™ United States.

The Top 10 Best Occupied Home Stagers Of The Year™ United States will enter into round 2 of the competition. The members will determine the overall winner of the Best Occupied Home Stager Of The Year™ United States. The winner of this category will be a finalist for RESA® Professional Home Stager of the Year™.
